" Alex fitted LVT throughout most of the ground floor of our newly remodelled house in August (hallway, understairs, kitchen diner, utility room and downstairs cloakroom). A lot of prep work was needed to level the floor prior to installation. He did a first class job, so when we needed a carpet fitting on the staircase and landing we had no hesitation in asking him to do the job. He very recently completed this, and once again his work was first class. We are extremely pleased with the work Alex did for us. He was very friendly, professional, courteous and helpful from our first enquiry. We can highly recommend him. "

" Highly recommend. I don’t often write reviews but this one needed to be wrote. Had a floor laid that wasn’t right, it was not level and had gaps appearing after 2 months of being fitted. I got in touch with AJRichardson and they came and looked at the problem. Fixing it ment taking all the flooring up, levelling it and relaying it, this was not a small job, 80 square meters!! However, he assured me it would be done from start to finish in one weekend ….. and it was, to a fantastic high standard. After 5 months the floor is still looking great and I’m so pleased with it, the lads were pleasant whilst carrying out the work and more importantly very tidy !! "
